Prior to Oliver, Gilad was the Director of Product Marketing at PMC-Sierra responsible for the EPON product line. Previously, Gilad held business and engineering positions at Conexant’s ADSL and Rockwell Semiconductors’ analog modem businesses.
Gilad Holds a B.Sc from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in Computer Engineering and an MBA from the Anderson school at UCLA.
Prior to Oliver, Oren led the software architecture & algorithms team at Passave – the leading silicon vendor for the FTTx market, acquired by PMC-Sierra in 2006. Previously Oren served at an Elite R&D unit of the Israel Defense Forces.
Oren holds a BA in Math (Cum Laude) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and an M.Sc in Computer Science (Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University.
Prior to Oliver, Danny was the VP R&D and member of the founding team of Passave – the leading FTTx silicon vendor, acquired by PMC-Sierra in 2006. After the acquisition Danny served as Director of R&D and VP Software at PMC-Sierra. Previously, Danny served for over a decade at an Elite R&D unit of the Israel Defense Forces.
Danny holds a B.Sc and M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Prior to Oliver, Mr. Kusano was the Director of carrier relations of PMC-Sierra in Japan. Previously, he held R&D management positions at NEC in Japan and NEC USA including the management of PON system development for BPON, EPON and GPON and contributed to PON related standard committees.
Mr. Kusano holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from the National Chiba University in Japan and was a visiting researcher at CIS, University of Delaware. Mr. Kusano has 26 patents in the US and Japan.
Prior to joining Oliver, J.R. led national and international account teams for Infinera, VDSL Systems, HSA Corp and Antec/Arris. J.R. has extensive engineering expertise in the wide range of access technologies deployed by service providers since the 1980s. He collaborated with Bell Labs when SONET and Analog Fiber technologies were introduced globally and he is a Member of the SCTE.
J.R. holds a BS-ENT from UCF, and a Masters of Telecommunications from the University of Denver.
